Our Key staff
Peter Novosad is the Managing Director of Xpanda, he runs the operation on a day to day basis. His accademic background is in economics and he spent more than 10 years in the insturance industry. This experience is complemented with more than 5 years in the security and steel manufacture industry. Peters analytical mind means that he is able to upderstand the commercial and physical security issues to put together solutions for customers. Everyone considers Peter to be a perfectionist and this is reflected in the outcomes he produces for his customers.
Chris Martin founded Xpanda New Zealand over 10 years ago,after seeing the success of Xpanda security products in various other countries. Chris has a finance background and has long involvement in the security industry. Chris has built the Xpanda team in Auckland to who include a balance of technical, security and installation expertise. The Xpanda team are based at the Glenfield, Auckland showroom and warehouse.
Morne Oliver manages the installation and production team at Xpanda. Morne spent many years in the police force, most noticibly in crame prevention and crime investigation units, so if anyone knows how the criminal mind works it's Morne. He is our on-site problem solver ad approaches work with a can-do attitude. He is an experienced and qualified welder and will make sure your job is tidy and professional.
Jeno has a background in architecture and draftsmanship, but landed up in finance and administration. Jeno has an aura of tranquillity, this calmness is reflected in her hobbies of reading, organic gardening, embroidering and music. She is involved in the community and dedicates time to social work with particular interest in working with people who are blind and deaf.
Jeno is a key person in the Xpanda team, she runs the day to day finances and ensures everything is running smoothly for our customers and the team.
